The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling!

December 3rd, 2008 · 7 Comments

Pick up a newspaper, turn on the radio or television, surf the web… it’s everywhere.  Are people really this afraid, or is there a market in making YOU afraid?  I think there are probably some who truly do believe and fear that their very survival is at risk.  And then there are those who will profit [...]

At one [...]

Is it Really Any of Your Business

March 11th, 2008 · 5 Comments

I am serious!  This latest sex scandal has me wondering what the heck is sacred anymore.  New York Governor Elliot Spitzer has apologized publically for his involvement in a prostitution ring.  I was watching CNN last night and it was said this is a “victimless” crime.
IT IS NOT victimless!
The victims are Spitzer’s wife and children.  [...]

Obama-mania and The Fountain of Youth

February 23rd, 2008 · 4 Comments

I’m a little too young to have been a part of  Beatlemania, but I do have older sisters and I do recall them going crazy over the Beatles.  Who would ever have thought you’d see anything even similar to that with a politician?  Even Democrats have said it’s a little “creepy”; some even refer to it [...]
