You know nothing is more frustrating than a computer that moves like a turtle, unless its a computer crash.  I have been having such a horrible time with crashes, not being able to load pages, and worse, not being able to have more than one skype window open at a time.  I was doing my disaster prevention (simple everyday maintenance everyone should be doing).  I was certain that I was running out of RAM, but I am truly the least technically savvy person I know so I consulted the experts… my marketing team.
