TIME… that is one thing I never have enough of. I have a list a mile long I try to cram it all in but as I go though my list it seems as though for every 1 project I am able to cross off I have thought of at least 3 more items to add. It is that vicious circle, like the dog that chases it’s tail, never ending. Since October my mother-in-law has lived with us. she suffered a stoke in October 2006 and though she has made tremendous progress she still has a long way to go. She relies on me for her every need.So let’s put things into proper prospective. Which is more important? My list that is way to long or taking a minimum of 20 minutes, several times a day to see the joy on my mother in laws face that she is able to “walk” to the bathroom. Now this trip involves putting on a brace, a walker, baby steps, a gate belt, me walking beside her holding her gate belt and pulling the wheel chair right behind her in case she looses her balance.So my list grows. Big Deal… the progress she continues to make since that terrible day in October 2006 must come first.
