I am going on my second day without being “connected.” I am having trouble thinking if something could be worse. The only thing I can come up with is having “no power.” That thought isn’t as bad as it use to be because less than a month ago we lost power for 5 days. My husband was at the gas station buying gas for the brand new generator that he had just bought and was bringing home when I called to tell him, “the lights were on.”
That was one of those bitter sweet moments. Great the power was back on but it would have been nice to have immediate gratification from that brand new red generator.
We have out TV which is also on cable but people around us who have their phones connected to their cable are without them. But we are all without internet access. Having an internet business as I do I am on my computer a lot. It is my “office.” I am connected to everyone through Skype and email. My business has come to a halt at least with what I am able to do and contribute. But even now I am making money. But things being as they are I’ll just write a few more blog posts and another press-release.
I could dust my house but that wouldn’t be any fun.

Why dust when we can pay someone else to dust for us.
