McCain and Palin tout themselves as a pair of “mavericks”. When I first heard it, I had an image of a cowboy in my mind. I’m too young to remember the original tv series, The Mavericks,but I do remember the movie with James Garner. I didn’t realize there was an actual living Maverick family… I was a little surprised when I received these news articles in my email:
