Where do you get those names? I have heard that statement many times over the years. You have often heard me speak of all my critters. We take in many that are lost, sick, injured and do our best to heal them, release them,or find good homes for them.I always said if you name them, you keep them.
Well… May I say I have to name many. Those that I have kept were unplace-able for what ever reason. Some found a special place in my heart and I was just not able to part with them, as many do.
Since I have never been one to follow the crowd, I always was marching along with that different drummer, when it came to putting names on my critters I was not going to be calling them Spot, Blackie, or Rover. I found a book of baby names at the junk store, so many babies have names that fit.
Tuyen, Aziza, Asunta, Nyja, just to name a few. I also have 3 siblings that are very wild, to this day we can’t touch them. We have had them sharing our home for 3 years but perhaps one day they will trust us enough to allow a soft stroke. I named them, Faith, Hope and Caleb.
I have found a great book of baby names. It is an interesting read even if you are not looking to name critters or a new baby.
